Convocatoria
1.- Podrán participar todos los diseñadores, artistas gráficos, o artistas plásticos o visuales SIN restricción de edad, sexo o nacionalidad. Cada participante podrá enviar hasta 10 carteles.
2.- Deberán registrarse en la página www.escuchamivoz.org Por favor consulta nuestro aviso de privacidad antes de registrarte. El registro permanecerá abierto desde el 19 de Febrero hasta el 19 de Junio del 2024. El registro genera un correo de confirmación con una liga para habilitar la cuenta. Favor de verificar que el correo de confirmación no se encuentre en su bandeja de spam. A partir de que hayas activado tu cuenta podrás iniciar el envío de carteles a través del sistema ingresando con su correo y password.

5.- Es de suma importancia leer detenidamente el BRIEF, así como la mayor parte del MARCO REFERENCIAL, y los links informativos que exponen y profundizan sobre el tema:
Territorios, esto te dará el conocimiento para que puedas comprenderlo mejor y es material sumamente valioso para la concepción y desarrollo de tus ideas. Esta vez se trata de basarse en narrativas de posibles futuros.
6.- La convocatoria permanecerá abierta del 19 de Febrero y hasta el día 19 de Junio del 2024.

7.- Escucha mi Voz no otorga premios en dinero ni bienes materiales. Los mejores 50 carteles serán seleccionados por un jurado internacional y serán parte de exhibiciones itinerantes en el interior del país y probablemente en otros países. Nuestras exhibiciones han llegado a EEUU, China, Irán, Irlanda y ciudades en el interior de México.
8.- Tú puedes hospedar una exhibición en tu país! Si estás interesado en gestionarla por favor escríbenos para darte más información a: posters@escuchamivoz.org
9.- El jurado deliberará en línea durante el mes de Julio del 2024. Si tu cartel es seleccionado tendrás un ejemplar de una edición electrónica SIN costo así como un certificado como diseñador seleccionado enviado de forma electrónica, la edición impresa se llevará a cabo en impresión bajo demanda por cada interesado. Esto reduce el impacto de emisiones de CO2 así como los costos de envío. En cuanto se encuentre disponible se te hará saber por mail y en nuestras redes sociales.
10.- Si participas pero tu cartel no resulta seleccionado, de cualquier forma contarás con un certificado digital que con todo gusto te enviaremos por vía electrónica.
11.- Los carteles enviados deben ser de tu autoría. Al enviarnos tu(s) cartel(es) confirmas que el diseño fue realizado por ti y no contiene elementos que pudieran dañar la propiedad intelectual de un tercero. No es requisito que los carteles sean inéditos pero sí que sean de tu autoría.
12.- Puedes utilizar arte creado por herramientas de AI para producir parte de tu propuesta, no podemos ignorarla, ¿O sí?. Sólo recuerda: este es un concurso de CARTEL no de ILUSTRACIÓN. No obstante, valoramos mucho más el diseño humano. Confía en tu creatividad.
13.- Al enviarnos tu cartel a este concurso, admites ceder los derechos a: CREATIVAVOZ, A.C. para que tu(s) cartel(es) sean utilizado(s) para ser exhibido(s), promovido(s), difundido(s), y/o publicado(s) en cualquier medio impreso o electrónico, con fines de educación, promoción, difusión y recaudación de fondos para todas las actividades relacionadas con este concurso.
14.- Cada autor es responsable de su obra y conserva en todo momento su derecho de autoría sobre su obra y será siempre reconocido y anunciado. Te notificaremos cada vez que tu obra sea exhibida, reproducida o difundida en cualquier medio.
15.- Por favor, no publiques tu(s) cartel(es) en redes sociales hasta que el jurado haya dado su veredicto.
16.- Los carteles podrán o no ser inéditos. (Puedes enviar carteles que hyas diseñado previamente).
17.- Los nombres de los diseñadores seleccionados se darán a conocer durante el mes de AGOSTO del 2024.
18.- Las exhibiciones arrancarán tentativamente a partir de Agosto - Septiembre del 2024 y se irán dando a conocer conforme se vaya desarrollando la agenda de las sedes.
Call for entries
1.- All designers, graphic artists, visual and plastic artists, or unrestricted age and gender may participate. Each participant will be able to submit up to 10 posters.
2.- Requires registration in www.escuchamivoz.org page starting February 19th. Please see our privacy notice before registering the link. The system generates an account that requires your activation by clicking a link sent to your email; please review your spam and have our email account in your address book to avoid this delay. However, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any trouble.
4.- Reading the BRIEF carefully, most of the FRAMEWORK, and the informative links that expose and deepen Territories is essential. This will give you knowledge on the subject and is precious material for developing your ideas.
5.- The call will be open from February 19 until June 19, 2024.
6.- We do not grant cash awards or material goods. An international jury will select the best 50 posters and be part of traveling exhibitions inside the country and probably in other countries in the world (You can have a poster exhibition in your country if you want! – write to us for further information to: posters@escuchamivoz.org).
WE ARE A NON-PROFIT LEGAL ORGANIZATION BASED IN MÉXICO; OUR AIM ISN'T FOR PROFIT. WE RECOMMEND ASKING TO OTHER POSTER INITIATIVES BEFORE YOU LEND YOUR ART & TIME.
7.- The jury will meet online on July 2024. This year's print book edition will be under demand and should be covered by each designer. This allows us to reduce CO2 impact, and shipping costs will be lower for you since we realized print book shipment is not competitive anymore. You will have the chance to have a print edition with the lowest cost than in past years. If your poster is selected, you will have an electronic copy without cost.
8.-If you send us a poster and you are not selected, we will send you an electronic certificate by email in gratitude for your participation. If you are a selected designer, your certificate will be sent electronically with the legend: SELECTED DESIGNER, and your poster will participate in the physical exhibition(s).
9.- Posters must be sent from your authorship. By submitting your (s) sign (s), you confirm that you did the design and did not contain elements that could damage the intellectual property of a third party.
10.- You can use art created by AI tools to produce part of your proposal, AI it's here, and we can't ignore it, can we? Just remember: this is a POSTER contest, not an ILLUSTRATION contest. However, we value human design much more. Trust your creativity.
11.- By submitting your poster to this contest, assign the rights to admit: CREATIVAVOZ A.C. for your (s) sign (s) are used (s) to be displayed (s), promoted (s), broadcast (s), and published (s) in any print or electronic media, for education, advocacy, outreach, and fundraising for all activities related to this contest
12.- Each author is responsible for their work, always retains the right to ownership, and will consistently be recognized and announced. We will notify you whenever your work will be displayed, reproduced, or disseminated in any form.
13.- Please do not post your (s) sign (s) on social networks until the jury has given its verdict.
14.- Posters must be original but not necessarily unpublished.
15.- The names of the selected designers will be announced during the month of AUGUST 2024.
16.- The exhibitions will start in August-September 2024, and we will go announcing the schedule as it develops the agenda of the venues.
