Shi Qi-xin. Profesor en la Escuela de Diseño de la Universidad Politécnica de Anhui, Instructor de Maestría, Director del Instituto de Investigación de Diseño Gráfico.

Se graduó en Diseño Gráfico en la Escuela de Diseño de la Universidad de Jiangnan en 1991. Y también es el Comité Permanente del Comité de Diseño de la Federación de Envasado de China, vicepresidente de la Asociación de Diseño Gráfico de Anhui.

Maestro Instructor de la universidad Nueva Era en Malasia, Profesor Asociado Visitante de China en la universidad de Taiwan Shih Chien en 2014, Miembro del Consejo Editorial de "Chinese Design Yearbook", Consultor de Wuhu Iron picture (National Intangible Heritage) Industry Association.

Juez de Ucrania 2019 COW bienal de diseño, Juez del 7º Concurso Internacional de Carteles de Reggae en 2020, Juez en 2022 en la Exposición internacional de posters en Turquia. Juez de la 14 ª y 16 ª China Star Design Awards, Principal juez de la competencia China de Diseño de Envases Creativos 2021 y 2022 , Juez Ejecutivo de la Competencia de Diseño Gráfico en China NOC Final, Presidente del Comité de Evaluación Preliminar de Anhui de los China Star Design Awards y curador de la Huizhou Impression International Poster Invitation Exhibition 2018.

Dirigió múltiples proyectos de investigación como el Proyecto de Investigación de Ciencias del Arte 2016 de la Fundación Nacional de Ciencias Sociales y el Proyecto de Investigación de Arte de Ciencias Sociales del Ministerio de Educación.

Publicó cuatro monografías. y ganó el premio Persona Pionera del diseño Chino Empresarial por 30 años en 2011

Más de 100 de sus obras de diseño han ganado premios, expuestas y coleccionadas en Alemania, Italia, Japón, Corea del Sur, Estados Unidos, España, República Checa, Dinamarca, Polonia, Eslovaquia, Hungría, Estonia, Ucrania, Albania, Chipre, México, Colombia, Perú, Turquía, Irán, los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, China Hong Kong, China Taiwán y otros países y regiones. Ganó el Premio de Plata de la 9a Bienal Virtual Checa de Arte y Diseño de Praga, el Premio Poster Achievement y la Colección Permanente en el Festival Internacional de Carteles de Emirates 2019, el ganado Oro, Plata y Bronce Premios de los 11 y 13 China Star Design Awards, la mascota adoptó el Premio de los 3 Juegos Campesinos de China, primer y segundo premio del segundo Diseño Nacional de Tarjetas de Felicitación y el grand prix.

Graduated from Graphic Design Major at Design School of Jiangnan University in 1991. And also is on the Standing Committee of the Design Committee of the China Packaging Federation, Vice Chairman of the Anhui Graphic Design Association.

Judges of the 14th and 16th China Star Design Awards, Leading judges of the 2021 and 2022 China Competition of Creative Packaging Design, Executive Judge of the Graphic Design Competition in China NOC Final, Chairman of the Anhui Preliminary Evaluation Committee of the China Star Design Awards and Curator of the Huizhou Impression International Poster Invitation Exhibition 2018.

Led multiple research projects such as the National Social Science Foundation's Art Science Research Project 2016 and the Ministry of Education's Social Science-Art Research Project.

He published four monographs. and won the Pioneer Person Award of China's Design Business for 30 Years in 2011.

And he won the Silver Award at the 9th Czech Virtual Prague International Biennale of Art and Design, the won Poster Achievement Award and Permanent Collection at the Emirates International Poster Festival 2019, the won Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards of the 11th and 13th China Star Design Awards, the Mascot Adopted Award of the 3rd China Peasant Games, First and Second prize of the second National Greeting Card Design
